Lakshmanan Govindarajan
Founder and CEO
An accomplished strategic leader with a strong track record of recommending and delivering large scale, IT Infra Service for Fortune 100 customers on a global platform.
He has a profound passion for technology and development, but approaches in his interest from a slightly different perspective. Mr. Lakshmanan began his career as an Engineer and grew to Business Head managing people in companies like Unilever, Appnomics, ASPL Info Services, etc., which allowed him to express his visual creativity and aesthetics. Rich, on the other hand, was a physicist with an incredible curiosity to discover how things worked and how to make them even better. After working for almost 22yrs he discovered that when he brought his talents together, he was able to generate remarkably engaging solutions. This discovery led to the launch of Empasys Info Solutions Private Limited.
Somu Devanath

Somu an accomplished business leader in IT Infrastructure Space. He has built businesses for over 25+ years His passion in protecting the interests of the client has won him many trusted client partnerships for life. Transitioned from an IT Technology-Industry job to Counselling a few years ago as he was interested in understanding human behavior beyond the professional aspects of the interactions as part of his job. Somu also identified the need for raising awareness of EQ, especially among the youngsters who were joining the corporate mainstream right after college
He is known for his exceptional people leadership skills and building high-performance teams there by creating agile Delivery/Sales organizations led by trusted client relationships.

Rangarajan P (Ranga)
Advisor
Ranga is an advisor/consultant to a few start-ups and an angel investor. He also serves as a board member of Makkala Jagriti, an education-focused NGO based out of Bangalore. Prior to this, he was part of the founding team at Appnomic Systems, where he played many roles in the start-up to the growth phase of the company. Prior to Appnomic, he was a key member of the team that built the Finacle product business at Infosys, and helped it become one of the top 3 global banking solutions. A management graduate from SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai, and an engineering graduate from BITS, Pilani, he brings a strong record of delivering value and innovation to clients.
